What Season 1 delivered

200+ creator teams at a 3-day pop-up

200+ creator teams at a 3-day pop-up

KEYTH brought over 200 creator teams on site during a 3-day New York pop-up and generated more than 10,000 RSVPs. Creator recruiting, on-site hosting, and content publishing — a live validation of the HAUS OF K operating structure.

The booth never had a quiet moment for three days straight. With recruiting and on-site operations handled for us, we could focus entirely on talking with creators.

On-site buyer meetings became retail talks

On-site buyer meetings became retail talks

melixir joined the Season 1 showcase week and met visiting buyer teams right at its first-floor booth. Conversations with buyers who tested the products in person are progressing into US East Coast retail listing discussions.

It wasn't a badge-swapping event. Buyers who had actually tried the products started discussing terms on the spot — a connection that would have been hard to make without a New York office.

Offline networking became ongoing collabs

Offline networking became ongoing collabs

HAESKN met beauty creators in its category through the creator hosting program. Relationships built while trying products together on site turned into ongoing seeding and review collaborations after the event.

We still work with six of the creator teams we met at the event. A relationship that starts in DMs and one built while using the products together in person are completely different.

How It Works

Participation is simple

Just tell us you're interested — we'll take it from there.

01

Inquire & get a proposal

Just tell us about your company and what you want to achieve in North America. We reply within 3 days with a proposal tailored to where your brand stands.

02

Confirm your participation

We set the theme and space first, matched to your budget and goals, then fine-tune on-site events, creators, and buyer touchpoints.

03

Operate on the ground

We recommend having brand staff on site — nothing beats seeing the market react in person. If travel is difficult, a dedicated operations team can run everything on your behalf (additional budget applies).

Buyer · Retail Channel Networking

For every theme, we invite the buyers and media most engaged with that subject.
Built on the track record of Season 1, networking here happens at the highest level —
the most effective way to put your brand in front of local industry professionals.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does participation cost?+

There is no fixed package price — each configuration is designed around your goals and budget.
— Options range from a light booth-and-content setup to a full configuration covering buyer meetings, creator campaigns, and on-site sales.
Leave an inquiry and we'll send a tailored budget proposal within 3 days based on your themes of interest, then adjust scope and scale together.

Can we participate without a US-based team?+

Yes. That said, we recommend having brand staff on site — especially for key dates like buyer meetings and creator days, results are strongest when the people who know the brand best are in the room. If visiting isn't possible, a dedicated operations team can handle everything from customer service and sales to gifting and creator hosting (delegated operation requires additional budget).
Either way, HAUS OF K provides the core on-site infrastructure.

How do product logistics and customs work?+

International shipping and customs clearance from Korea to the US are handled by the brand as a rule, and we can introduce logistics partners if needed. Once goods arrive in the US, HAUS OF K takes over.
— Storage, on-site merchandising, inventory management, and gifting distribution are all run by our operations team, and we'll also agree on how to handle remaining inventory after the event (return, transfer, promotional sell-through, and so on).

Can we join without product certification (FDA/MoCRA) yet?+

Yes. On-site sales are limited to products that meet US sales requirements, but brands still preparing certification can participate first with an exhibition, gifting, and creator-content configuration to gauge how US consumers respond. Many brands use this as a real-world market test ahead of a full launch. We also share information and partner introductions for the certification process.

How is sales revenue settled?+

Proceeds from on-site POS sales are paid to the brand on a set settlement cycle, together with a sales report. You'll see exactly which products sold, when, and in what volume — the settlement data itself becomes a measured report of US market response. Specific settlement terms and cycles are stated in the contract when participation is confirmed.
